How long does it take to design a whiteboard?
Our designers will reach out to you within 24 – 48 hours to start the design process. The entire process may take anywhere from 1 – 2 days to several weeks depending on how many revisions are required so that the design meets your expectations.
How long does it take to ship my whiteboard?
The turnaround time for custom products is generally 3 – 4 weeks from the approval of the art.
Plain and pre-designed whiteboards can ship within 48 – 72 hours from acknowledgement of the order.
We understand that some of our customers may need their orders more quickly. We offer the following RUSH Charges:
–2 business days (from approval of the art) – $500.00
–3-5 business days (from approval of the art) – $250.00
–6-10 business days (from approval of the art) – $100.00
For any Oversized / Specialty Order (listed below) – the RUSH Charge will be 10% of the value of the items orders. Turnaround times will need to be agreed upon with your sales representative.
